PVC pipes are the foundation of the construction industry. They are crucial to Australia’s infrastructure across the commercial, residential and agriculture sectors. They’re invisible, but the skilled workforce who manufacture these crucial products are not.
Workers at Vinidex in Sunshine, Victoria refuse to be ignored, keeping the pressure on to secure fairer annual leave entitlement and better conditions so they can keep delivering for our communities.
Everyone should be able to spend time with their loved ones, but for many workers that’s no longer possible with Vinidex’s current annual leave arrangements.
Tell CEO Marc Blampied to demonstrate Vinidex’s “commitment to care” by coming to the table with the fair offer workers deserve now.
Operated by global parent company Aliaxis, Vinidex is one of several profitable Australian companies that contributed to Aliaxis reported revenue of approx. $570 million AUD in 2024.
