Will the QLD Government stand with our Health Professionals?
From the Gold Coast to the Torres Strait, Lawn Hill to Birdsville – when we have to go to hospital, or help loved ones through those tough times, it is the people – the highly skilled, experienced people that do specialised, essential work – that ensure our hospitals function and patients receive the care they need.
The dozens of different specialists at our hospitals in Medical Imaging, Radiation Therapy, Nuclear Medicine, Pharmacy and Oral Health are UWU members. They are the people in our hospitals that help us in our time of need. Without them we would have no hospital, no care, no recovery.
Now, the people that make our healthcare and our hospitals work are standing up for Queensland. They are telling the Queensland Government that there must be safe and secure jobs, there must be fair pay and recognition to keep essential frontline workers afloat.
Will you stand with them?
Send the Minister for Health a message. Tell him you care about what happens to the people that make our hospitals and health system work. Tell him to support the people that support us.
