Calculate your wage increase!
From December 1, educators across Australia will see pay rises that have added more than $10,000 to their pay packets in a little over a year.
A Cert III Educator with two years of experience will be receiving $10,932 a year extra when the final 5 per cent of the full 15 per cent pay rise is paid in December 2025.
Union members have fought hard so this pay increase is accessible to everyone working in Long Day Care – and now the vast majority have locked in their 15 per cent.
